How to connect
Connect with a Dev.to API key generated from your Dev.to account settings — no password is stored.
- 1Generate an API key in Dev.to Settings under Extensions.
- 2Paste the key into Connect Dev.to on the Social Accounts page.
- 3Pick an organization if you publish for one, then start scheduling.
Your data is safe
Dev.to uses an API key rather than OAuth, so you paste a key you generate yourself. The key is stored as the account credential and used only to publish articles and read your profile. We never store your password.
